November through Instagram

This November was such a fast-moving one! Can't believe Christmas is already around the corner. I've been working quite a lot these past four weeks (hence the elevator shots). Besides that, I've been relaxing with comfort food - made my first ever cinnamon buns! - and a good read (loving the new Cecelia Ahern). On another note, I'm in love with that yellow H&M Trend jumper and enjoyed the first Gluhwein of the season.

I hope you guys had a lovely month! Feel free to follow me on Instagram @cinjasblog for daily updates.

Haute Couture

I was wearing:
Coat, Necklace H&M
Faux leather pants New Yorker
Top Monki
Shoes Zara
Beanie Primark
It feels so good to post an outfit again! I'm experiencing another superbusy week - we have a work event coming up, there's a paper that needs to be written... We do have a nice little project planned for the blog, though. Fingers crossed we can see it through this weekend!

earring from H&M

I'm into attention-drawing earrings lately, so this one couldn't be passed unnoticed. As a teenager, I always wanted a piercing on the upper part of my ear, but never dared to get one. Think this type is a great alternative.

Blogger Inspo | Surf Addict Fashionista

Ahh how I wish I could indulge in clicking my way through my favourite blogs today. However, there's a big to do list waiting for me.
I'll still introduce yet another of my favourite bloggers to you. Rea is a young Greek fashionista who's got that eclectic style going for her. I would describe her way of dressing as a mixture of bohemian hippie and fashion forward. Apart from her style, I also admire her amazing surfer photos. Going through her blog definitely had me dreaming of a warm and sunny beach! Not the worst way to escape from reality...

Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time

I was wearing:
Leather Jacket H&M Trend - Faux Fur Vest H&M Trend - Jumper Primark - Jeans H&M - Belt Primark - Boots Sam Edelman

I love this leather-jacket-plus-fur-vest combo! Really cozy and perfect for fall.
I'm off for two hours in uni soon, followed by some work. I'll be spending the afternoon at home, but I still have a load of stuff to do. Just when I thought times were getting more quiet... I'm pretty sure I'm the busiest I've ever been, but I actually like it.
Have a nice Tuesday, lovelies!

Wishful Thinking

Monki scarf; Zara Home scented candle; Chanel Eau de Toilette 'Coco Noir'; Smashbox HD concealer
Maybe my latest wishlist can give you guys a little inspiration for Christmas ;)
The scarf is a given - it's all I still need to top off my burgundy collection, really! My lovely scented candle from Zara Home is almost completely burnt down, so it's time for a new one. Maybe this christmassy one will get me into a festive mood? Ever since I tested Chanel's 'Coco Noir' at the airport out of pure boredom, I've been wanting it desperately. It just smells so amazing!
Last but not least: the Smashbox HD concealer is hands down the best concealer I ever owned, and it's emptying up now...

So tell me: what are your latest cravings?

It's Getting Colder

I was wearing
Coat Zara
Jumper H&M Trend
Pants, Gloves H&M
Boots Akira

It's getting so cold I started wearing gloves! I further enlarged my burgundy collection and added a pair of leather gloves. I just can't help it!
Hope you guys are having a nice Saturday. I finally got done with quite some work, so today it's family time and I'll probably just be cozied up at home tonight.

Shine Bright Like a Diamond

Necklace from H&M

It's been a stressful week thus far - which is the reason why I haven't blogged since Monday. I genuinely feel like a bad blogger, especially when browsing around my favourite blogs and seeing all the amazing things they do. But this week has really been quite full for both me and my boyfriend-aka-photographer, so no photos. I ended up finishing a meeting early yesterday, so I dashed off to H&M and treated myself to this glittery friend (thank god for faculty buildings placed in the middle of the city!). It doesn't actually have any yellow in it, in case you're wondering, those are just reflections of my orange walls.
Tell me what you think about this one and I hope I'll be able to show you an outfit with it soon!

Walking on Air

I was wearing:
Knit H&M Trend
Coat Zara
Jeans Levi's
Shoes Zara
How amazing are those shoes?! I ordered them online at Zara and was finally able to pick them up last week. I've been quite reluctant on the whole sneaker wedge trend, but I'll settle with these. I love the gold stud details which adds a little edge to the shoes. They're probably the most comfortable pair of shoes I own at the moment, my feet feel really really cushioned in those, a little bit like walking on air!

Blogger Inspo | Song of Style

Ah, yes, another favourite blogger. What I love about Aimee from Song of Style: that California girl style, her amazing combination of edgy and chic, the palmtrees in the background and I'm pretty sure we share that "naaah, that's not how you pronounce my name"-awkwardness (she's Ah-Mee!). Her blog is one of my daily reads and she usually doesn't disappoint! I find her looks totally inspiring and very wearable. Plus, she works as an interior designer which does give her a somewhat more serious background than if all she did was blog (no offence!).
I hope you find this little tip interesting :) Have a nice Sunday, lovelies!

I Heart Burgundy

You might have guessed it already - I have a soft spot for all things burgundy (see here and here). Wine red is just perfect for fall! I recently added the pieces above to my wardrobe: A beanie from H&M, knit jumper from Mango and faux leather pants from H&M. And I'm sure there's more to come. Next on my list are gloves and a huge knit scarf.
Do you guys share my love for burgundy?

Sponsored Video: Mirapodo Winterstyles

Sorry guys, this post is in German!

Was liegt da also näher als Online-Shopping?

I hope you guys enjoy this little diary post! Been quite busy recently, but now things are slowing down again. Just in time for me to get a mild cold. Seriously, I've had a cold four weeks ago and another one four weeks before that. Is something wrong with me?!
Aside from that - I've been thinking about only doing this type of diary post once per month. What do you think? Would that be better?

I was wearing:
Jumper H&M Trend
Earrings, Pants H&M
I'm wearing this warm boxy knit today. It's totally huge and so thick that it's really hard to wear a jacket on top of it, but it incredibly warm and I love the colour!
Hope you guys have a great Sunday. I'll be having lunch with my family in a bit and then we're off to the city to shop - my brother wants to radically update his style. We'll see how that goes since the little man doesn't exactly love fashion shopping (hehe).

You've got the Love

I was wearing:
Knit Mango
Coat, Jeans Zara
Shoes Mimic
This burgundy knit is one of my latest acquisitions - I went on a little shopping spree for all things burgundy. I'll show you my new wine red friends soon. I simply can not get enough of that colour!
I actually recycled some older items for this look, including the shoes and the necklaces. I hope you like the combo!

Welcome back, Camel Coat

I was wearing:
Coat H&M
Jumper Topshop
Jeans Levi's
Scarf H&M Man
Bag Zara
Boots Goertz17

I'm happy to be wearing my camel coat again. One of the perks of cold weather is getting to wear those elegant long coats. I think it gives the outfit a little bit of a grown-up twist. What do you think?
